Today is the last day of Movember and how appropriate and awful that I suffered one of my darkest days in a long while. This is the thing with depression, you can be going along nicely then all of a sudden you have a night with little sleep for no reason and the following day you can’t, and I mean can’t, even get out of bed. You just want to hide from the world and wish everyone would leave you alone. You can from my lack of posts today that I just wasn’t there. I love blogging but I just couldn’t bring myself to even write one word. I’m not going to post a photo of the last day of my mo, I look and feel terrible.

And so on the last day of Movember I pretty much did nothing at all, just lay on my bed and stared. I hardly slept at all last night and I hardly slept today. Just a kind of catatonic, do nothing stasis which saps the energy from you like a black hole. The tightness in the chest, the tense muscles, the aching arm from the tense-ness, they must all be a figment of my imagination according to the insurance company. The shortness of breathe from a very fit person, the hyper-vigilance in large crowds, all imaginery. The utter exhaustion from a simple trip to a shopping mall is imagined too. That is just some of the things that I feel.

This ain’t fun and the c*nts from the left who keep posting comments about it really fuck me off. I’m telling you that no-one chooses this ife and it isn’t just a case of taking your harden the fuck up pills either. If it was I’d be fine.

There aren’t that many people out there tougher than me, either in their beliefs, standing up for what they believe in or even physically. I don’t give in and never shy from a fight but this fight of mine for the past 5 years has been the toughest fight of my life. That is why it irks me that I have to sue an insurance company, that I have to prove what my closest of friends already know, what my doctors and support people know.

But they have to know that I don’t give in and that I have barely started to fight back, but fight back I will. People tell me I am mad to share things like this but the one thing I have never done is hide anything, I have never shirked from sharing so that others may know. There are no skeletons.

Thank you to those few who support me through this, you know who you are, and thanks to those who have donated to Movember.

To sponsor my Mo, you can either:

•    Click this link http://nz.movember.com/mospace/17568/ and donate online using your credit card
•    Write a cheque payable to ‘Movember’, referencing my Registration Number 17568 and mailing it to: Movember, PO Box 12 708, Wellington 6144

Remember, all donations over $5 are tax deductible.

Thanks

Complete idiocy from the Department of Labour. Haven’t they heard that ALL the major web browsers, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Opera and have been since 1995. As for the reporting solution there are many Open Source solutions tht are also free.

Clearly the plonkers in the DoL IT department are bereft of any nouce and the the whole palce should be outsourced immediately.

Appearing on The Alex Jones Show yesterday, Lord Christopher Monckton went further than ever before in his vehement opposition to the elitists running the climate change scam, calling for the UN to be shut down and for fraudulent peddlers of global warming propaganda like Al Gore to be arrested and criminally prosecuted.

Labour has copped another shellacking in the latest OneNews Colmar Brunton poll.

But National remains unscathed still on 53%, Labour slips back to 31%, the Greens bounce back to 7%, the Maori Party’s on 3% and ACT on 2%.

Goff is hardly relevant, scoring just 5 % in the preferred PM stakes while John key sits high above him at 54%.

This poll though was taken before the ETS debacle so it will be interesting to see other polls coming out subsequent to this.

Lisa for Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year AwardWhile the Herald on Sunday was following a fraud for their big story of the weekend the Sunday News and Sunday Star Times show that they are more social media savvy than their counterparts and have both written about the nomination of Lisa Lewis for the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year Award.

I think both articles are well written and the SST article even bothered to look at the reasons behind the nomination which were contained on the nomination form. That is admirable reporting from their perspective.

Jonathan Marshall resisted the urge to go tacky and has also written a nice piece with some very good quotes from Lisa Lewis as well.

I was surprised that I had been nominated, but then upon saying that, with the way I conduct business I am also left feeling finally appreciated. I am incredibly humbled, privileged and excited to have been nominated.

I feel that it is a validation to me and the profession that I am in,” Lewis said.

I am an honest person – in fact one of the very few that uses my own name which confirms how honest I really am in my business.”

Fantastic quote. In Lisa’s line of business there is no cheating and lying and false advertising, it is what it is and honesty and integrity are the best policy.

That is the point really. Annah Stretton who is a previous winner makes and sells clothes. Almost anyone can do that. Another winner Julie Christie makes reality TV shows about people like Lisa Lewis, how hard can that be? Her next show for goodness sake is said to be “New Zealand’s Hottest Home Baker” Might I suggest that Lisa Lewis takes up baking. The whole article looks like Julie Christie is making another bid for the award with her PR schmoozed article in the Sunday Star Times. It all reads a bit like a press release and is a bit sad really. The SST only spiced it up with some comments from Charlotte Dawson and a mention of Julie’s alleged new rent-boy.

Lisa in stark contrast is selling a product most of society shuns or doesn’t understand in a very competitive market where many, many women even give it away for free. The fact that she gets top dollar and isn’t short of clients shows how savvy a business woman she really is.

Meanwhile Lisa’s online supporters continue to join the Facebook group supporting her. Now at 458 members. Let’s make this competition about real business women not one for multi-million dollar establishment tossers.

As perhaps the only person who has ever stood up to Pearl Going I think I am justified is saying I told you so to all those wankers who defended her and her fraudulent way. That includes the lefty wanker Russell Brown and the putz lawyer Steven Price who unsuccessfully tried to sue me. Fuck you both, today I have been vindicated.

Pearl Going is a faker, a liar and a fraud and today the Herald on Sunday finally grew some balls and ran a story contrary to Pork Chop’s glowing endorsement of the liar.

Remember the lying bitch even went to the police over my claims about her.

Anyway today the HoS covers the magical Waiheke Island Mystery Tour arranged by the liar and faker Pearl Going. The lies just continue to grow.

So far we know this about Pearl Going;

  • Speaks Arabic, French and Spanish but can barely type in English
  • Has a BSc from Otago. (They have no record)
  • she also says she has no degree
  • Says she went to Senior College (They have no record)
  • Says she went to Oxford University in 2006 where she studied Human Sciences, Politics and International Relations at New College. She says she studied medicine for two and a half years at Oxford. (I have a letter from Oxford saying she never, ever enrolled)
  • also AUT in 2002 where she studied Human Sciences
  • also Canterbury in 2005 where she studied international studies
  • she says she has a pilot’s licence but won’t say where from.
  • Says she last flew up north but will give no details.
  • Says her “Clean” jeans are made in NZ She wont say where. She says they are sold at a store in LA She wont say where. She also says they are sold a “best seller” in Barneys
  • She says she sourced the red silk for Natalie Portman’s dress for Zac Posen,
  • She says she was engaged to  Leon Rothschild and that he slashed his wrists at the end of last year when she broke off with him.
  • She says she is a friend of NY socialite Tinsley Mortimer.
  • Says she is mates with Marc Jacobs and was his fabric buyer and that she was Zac Posen’s muse.
  • When asked if the Tinsley Mortimer quote on her Facebook was about her and she went all coy and smiled.
  • She says she was in Brazil doing charity work and saved lives in a plane crash which she was in.
  • She has siblings by different fathers. The siblings are part maori
  • She says 2 weeks before her 16th birthday she was drugged and raped by [removed by request of person concern] who abused her for six hours and then left her body in a dumpster. [person’ name deleted as per request] is a pilot now living in the UK. I am told he is a very very decent and good young guy.
  • She says she has breast cancer
  • She says her mother has cancer of the colon and is going into hospital.
  • She says her father is an alcoholic because of what happened to “his little girl”.
  • She says she supports orphanages in Burma, Fiji and Sierra Leone but will give no details. She pictures of herself with Thai kids.
  • She says she worked for FairTrade and Amnesty.
  • She says she has spent 71 days in NZ in 2008 and maybe 6 months in NY in 2007 but she is in and out a lot so no specifics.
  • The Clean Green Air company doesn’t google.
  • She did used to work for Powercall as a telemarketer
  • Her mum’s name is Maxine 021 18X XXXX. She is a massage therapist and cleaner
  • She applied for a job at FairTrade with a stethescope hanging out of her bag and wearing scrubs. and she got job with forged refs from Oxford that said she was the brightest student they had seen.
  • Says she is  23 and 28
  • Says she lives off Trust Fund
  • Says she dated Peter Hujlich but threw a glass of wine on him when he called Peter Stewart a paedophile. He denies even knowing Peter Stewart
  • Has a handbag label using pleather – which is supposedly eco-friendly leather but which is actually plastic
  • Was a pilot in Brazil, saved everyone in a crash with her medical degree
  • Grew up on a farm in Southland next to the Stewarts, Pieter is her mum’s best friend also that she grew up in Tutakaka in a hippy family
  • Worked for the UN for years
  • Has been offered a job by Kate Sylvester after knowing her ten minutes
  • Been on a yacht with Richard Branson, who is her “friend” watching the moon rise

Now we can add doesn’t own and nor does her family a multi-million dollar mansion on Waiheke Island. In fact her and her mad mother probably have just lost their cleaning contract for the mansion they “borrowed”.

This woman is a menace to society and nothing more than a con-woman and a fraud. Isaac Likes is onto it and he was there. His story in two parts so far is riveting. I’ll just bet that the old lady on the bus who was the Fed-Ex rep was her mad mother.

I can also reveal yet another pseudonym for the Pearler. Recently a person I have never met asked to be my friend on Facebook. I generally don’t “friend” people I have never met or haven’t been recommended by people I do know and even then I check, but my suspicions were aroused. That person is Lara McNamara.Five different people have warned me that this person is one of the alter ego’s of Pearl Going.

It is clear that Pearl Going has some sort of personality disorder that makes her create multiple personalities and live a life of complete fantasy. The sad thing is that she has friends that enable her to do this. Hopefully after this disaster she will have been stopped or at the very least learned her lesson.

Who would have thought that New Zealand had corrupt swindling lawyers. Especially after the usual claptrap from transparency international, the to policy wonks who sit in corporate luxury in Wellington and declare New Zealand to be corruption free.

Yet here we have the major New Zealand daily in their biggest paper of the week, the Saturday edition with the front page headlines telling us we have perhaps 200 corrupt lawyers swindling the legal aid system.

Dame Margaret Bazley must be commended because in saying that she is taking on the establishment. As Corporal Jones says “they won’t like it up them sir”. But the Herald article is but the tip of the iceberg.

Cactus Kate alerts us to NBR subscriber content of a Judge who was in debt to a QC who unsurprisingly kept on winning cases brought before him. The Judge owed the QC nearly a quarter of a million dollars. Essentially that Judge was bought and paid for. I hope he enjoys his retirement for he should be sacked immediately.

This of course will now play out again in the courts no doubt and in the various law societies round the country and I’ll tell you something right now for free, name suppression will be extensively used because these folk are establishment and the system will protect their own.

Dame Margaret Bazley though will have only touched the tip of the iceberg. If she thinks there are corrupt lawyers rorting the legal aid system there is a much larger problem looming where the large amounts of cash in the drug trade could literally buy someone a Judge, all the QC’s and even the jury. If there is corruption in the Manukau District court and corruption in the QC’s chambers you may be sure that there is corruption all the way in between.

This is the tipping point. We have had an MP jailed for corruption, now we have a Judge, A QC and hundreds of lawyers being called corrupt. I think that Transparency International can safely be ignored and we must face that New Zealand has become corrupt and it has slowly crept up on us like a thief in the night.

We MUST have an Independent Commission against Corruption and really rather urgently. no need to reinvent the wheel either, simply copy the Australian version.

Wattsupwiththat shows exactly why NIWA has a problem with their explanations.

NIWA’s explanation for the wild data manipulation was because the Wellington station was moved in 1927. There is a slight problem with that. The Weather Station at Kelburn is on top of their building that was built in the 1970’s meaning it was moved at least twice. Berend has pointed out that the weather station in the photo is in Auckland. Nevertheless their station in Khyber Pass, Auckland isn’t compliant with NOAA rules for valid weather stations;

Class 1 (CRN1)- Flat and horizontal ground surrounded by a clear surface with a slope below 1/3 (<19deg). Grass/low vegetation ground cover <10 centimeters high. Sensors located at least 100 meters from artificial heating or reflecting surfaces, such as buildings, concrete surfaces, and parking lots. Far from large bodies of water, except if it is representative of the area, and then located at least 100 meters away. No shading when the sun elevation >3 degrees.

and is sitting on a roof of a building on top of a hill right next to air conditioning units. You couldn’t get more “Urban Heat Sink” than that.

These guys have really been caught hanging out of the back of a goat sans trousers.

Paul Henry is fabulous television, it is refreshing to have someone who essentially has a form of Tourettes Syndrome as a Television presenter.

He says whatever pops into his head with not a care in the world. Fabulous. He should have his own show where he gets to mock everyone all the time.

This time it is the ugly plain Susan Boyle he has offended and about 40 callers who had nothing better to do.

Susan BoyleReading from a magazine article, he laughed as he described how she was “starved of oxygen” at birth and suffered an intellectual disability.

Here’s the really interesting revelation: she is in fact retarded …

And if you look at her carefully, you can make it out,” he told viewers. He also made fun of the fact she was “ritualistically beaten” at school.

Lucky he didn’t suggest she was also a “lady with a moustache”, well she is, have you looked closely, there is definitely one there.

I can see the T-shirts now.

Actually I think  Paul Henry has an intellectual disability too, apart from his obvious Tourette’s, he is smarter, way smarter than the average TV viewer.

Finally the Lame Stream Media catches up with a weeks worth of blog content and writes a story about the fraud that Climate Scientists have perpetrated upon the citizens of the planet.

They have even published some of the more damning emails. Why it took a week is beyond me, blogs and other world wide media have been reporting this for a week now.

The genie is out of the bottle. Anything that the authors involved in those emails says is suspect, but especially Michael Mann, Phil Jones, Jim Salinger.

The Herald does outline both sides but that is good because you get to see how feeble the excuses are from the liars who have now become the deniers.

What amazes me is that New Zealand’s number one blogger has yet to even post once on the issue despite a week of controversy. I know he is hobbling around the middle east too afraid to get on a camel’s back but really this is a pretty slack effort from a blogging professional. For once the LSM beat Farrar to a story….incredible isn’t it?

Rodney Hide has done what Nick Smith has failed to do and ask for ALL the details of the data at NIWA so we can see if they are cheating us or not. Why is it up to the only honest politician to get the scientists to come clean on why data needs to be manipulated at all, which data was manipulated and the exact reasons why it was?

These are all valid reasons, especially no that we have an ETS system that will cripple our economy if maintained. If the science is bogus then the ETS and associated bullshit that goes with it be tossed out and then the prosecutions can begin for the greatest fraud attempted to committed on the global population in the history of mankind.

Glenda Fryer needs to be called out for this BS:

Councillor Glenda Fryer said, “Sam Lotu-Iiga broke his social contract with the people of Tamaki-Maungakiekie when he nominated for Parliament in February 2008.  Voters who elected him in October 2007 voted for him on the basis that he would represent them on the Auckland City Council for the whole three years.”

Meanwhile, Glenda Fryer herself sought the Labour nomination for Mt Albert – apparently she herself is quite willing to break this so called “social contract”.

Sam has actually committed to maintain representing Maungakiekie residents on any council issues that arise, free of charge:

Deputy Mayor David Hay pointed out that there would be considerable savings to ratepayers by leaving the seat vacant.
Mr Lotu-Iiga who is also the Member of Parliament for Maungakiekie has made a commitment to keep the council informed of issues his constituents living in the ward bring to his attention.

If Labour folk want to keep playing this card then they can expect the light of public scrutiny of their own actions to shine upon them.

Lockwood Smith has launched into repeaters in the Press Gallery and laid down a challenge.

If the newspapers do want to have a view and want to lobby on it, I’m very happy to issue them with a lobbyist card and relieve them of their [Press Gallery] offices here, and if they want to be lobbyists – fine.

You’ve seen how principled I’ve been in the chamber, I’ll take the same approach to other things as well.”

He has a very good point. Just the other day I wrote to the Speakers Office and asked what the square meterage of the facilities offered to the Press Gallery was. The Speakers Office was not obliged to answer because Parliamentary Services which operates parliament is not subject to the OIA.

Fortunately for me the Speakers Office did reply and told me that;

the Press Gallery occupy approximately 880 square metres. The Gallery, which comprises most of the major media outlets, does not pay rent for this space. As the Executive Wing is owned by the Crown, we do not have a benchmark for the rental value for that space.”

I had asked for what the Press Gallery was paying for the use of this space and the associated utilities. The answer is of course nothing. A quick check of a Commercial Real Estate agent shows that in such a prime location, exemplary fit-out, plus full utilities shows that Parliamentary Services could rent out that 880 square meters for approximately $350 sqm. Meaning that Prliamentary Services as the landlord is forgoing around $308,000 in rental income. Now I understand that Press Gallery repeaters also get a carpark so add on $150 per week for a covered carpark and for each repeater in the Gallery that comes to $7,800. There are 47 Full members of The Press Gallery so their carparking would be worth another $366,600 bringing the total taxpayer subsidy to news organisations to around $674,600.

Now look who is troughing. Those news organisations don’t have to pay a cent towards the cost of housing those repeaters. For the 47 Full members that equates to $14,353 of taxpayer subsidy to their respective publications. I think it is time the taxpayer sent a bill to those news organisations.

Now that the government has passed the ETS there exists the possibility that there is another way for them to enrich themselves without proper public scrutiny.

Therefore I propose a change.

I believe that the MPs’ Register of Pecuniary Interests to now have a special section declaring MPs’ interest in carbon trading funds/exchanges or related investments.

This is especially important given the suspect science so we can see who is pushing to retain or increase the power under the ETS for their own financial benefit.
